This La Cygne, KS fundraiser supports the local boy scout troops. There will be a pinewood derby, spaghetti dinner and auction.

You are invited to race a derby car in the Cub Scout Pinewood Derby. We will be running our Pinewood Derby races Saturday, March 25, 2017.
- Registration: 5:00pm-6:15pm
- Spaghetti Dinner: 5:00pm-7:00pm
- Races will begin at 6:30pm.
with a Baked Goods Auction to be held throughout the evening. We will also have aDaisy BB guns up for auction. (Donated by Rick James & Semper Fi Auction Services)
The Spaghetti Dinner will be held prior to the races. A portion of the proceeds will be given to a local non-profit organization. We will be asking for free-will donations.
Everyone is welcome to watch, or race their own car. You may purchase a Pinewood Derby Car Kit from the pack for $6. This will include a basic derby car kit (the kit contains a rectangular block of wood, 4 axles and wheels) and your derby race entry fee. Accessory kits may be purchased separately at most hobby stores. Rules are listed in the kit and will be strictly adhered to.
If you do not wish to purchase your car kit from the pack, you may purchase at the BSA headquarters, or at most hobby stores. There will be a $3 entry fee when you register, prior to the races. We will have cars available to “rent” for $4. (Registration will begin at 5:00pm @ Prairie View High School.)
